I take (and would recommend) Xeneplex. Mix of organic coffee extract, glut., and a bit of EDTA. You can get it online; kinda pricey, but I buy it whenever my pocket says I can!
Don't have any idea if it would help with your tinnitis or not, but a good detox add-on for sure.
Edited to add: Just FYI, my local compounding pharm. said they could provide me with glut. (only glut., not like Xeneplex) suppositories with a script.

A couple of years now. Yes, I do noticed a slight difference. It's gotten less so now, maybe b/c I've been taking them for so long, but definitely at first.
Coffee, taken in THAT particular way, helps detox the liver (and suppositories are wayyyy easier than doing coffee enemas IMO!), so you may want to lay on your right side for a bit after administering them.
