After a number of months on Bactrim and a period on Diflucan, my neuro symptoms are slowly but markedly improving. I think I'm 85% of normal, perhaps a little better. The bad news is that I can now feel all sorts of aches and pains and fatigue. Feels like I was hit by a truck.... The hike back up to wellness is certainly a challenge.
