It's expensive but try liquid melatonin by premier research labs (the ONLY one that I think works well) - it will last quite a while). Put a drop on the back of your hand and lick it off, then do it again. Just as you go to bed. It takes about an hour to work. If you wake up in the middle of the night, taken another drop. It's what I do and it works great.
Generally speaking people under 45 or so don't need to stay on it. but while treating Lyme you could.
Any opinions/experiences with melatonin?

Presently taking the pill form... but it has helped my sleep...
Now if only I could stop the d*** night sweats and hot flashes... then I might get a really good night sleep....
