My doc is big on testing for glutathion levels when dealing with a lot of fatigue.
Her options are to take injections of glutathion with ATP weekly or take Vespro nitroplex protien powder with NAC. I opted for the no shot plan. It really helps my energy level when I over do it. You are welcome to PM me if you have any questions.

Supplementation is essential to raise levels of glutathione.
Glutathione is sooooo important and I believe many if not most with Chronic Lyme have low levels of glutathione (no I don't have a reference to back this up).
Out of everything I tried, I think B12 injections along with the other components of a methylation protocol have helped my glutathione levels the best. I'm not into measuring everything in labs, and never had a test for it, but I used to take so many supplements to raise my glutathione (and they helped a lot), but I no longer feel I need all of these glutathione boosting supplements.
You are not being robbed. Glutathione is extremely important. The best way to quickly correct your glutathione numbers is through supplementation protocols or glutathione directly, but I'm not sure if this will permanently boost your glutathione. Restoring you methylation cycle can. Unfortunately, the methylation cycle is not talked about very often over here. CFS people have found the benefits, and correcting your methylation cycle can help with so many other diseases, and I believe it can even help a "healthy" person with allergies or chemical sensitivities.
I'm starting to feel like a broken record.

I got a bead box with 8 compartments across and 4 down so that I have "breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime" all scheduled out, and even then I have to seperate out the "pills" from the supplements, but at least I know that I have taken my stuff...
I feel like I rattle when I walk...

- You can increase glutathione with food, too.
If you think of supplements as condensed nutrients for the cells of your body, they are easier to swallow, so to speak. And, along those lines, remember that leafy greens, root vegetables (like beets) and dark berries are excellent for the liver.
Every meal - even breakfast - should have some kind of leafy green. Your liver will thank you. Dandelion greens are best but you'll want to rotate with 3 different types each day.
Dandelion, kale, chard, collard, beet greens are all good. Kale and Chard have many different varieties to help keep it interesting. The Asian greens like bok choy, etc. are also excellent.

Protein also helps the liver make more glutathione. ----------------

- Yes. Spirulina is fabulous nutrition and does help the liver. But it's not enough liver support on its own and only so much can be taken per day.
But you'll want to read all about it first. For a start, before looking for mass market literature:
