Florastor is saccharomyces boulardii. Just a brand name of it.

Florastor is SB- like Pam said. I think that it has been extensively tested though and proven to work, unlike some of the others..

It is the same thing, but Florastor is the only brand that has been tested for potency and studied extensively.
