I'm so excited. Have had 4 treatments over the last week and a half and I really think it helps. My LLND says the PEMF increases oxygen to the cells by 200% which kills lyme. I certainly don't expect it to be my only treatment, but I think it will really help.

I have a friend who says it did wonders for her plantar fasceitis. She also said that it helped her daughter's acne.

I don't really understand it, but it stands for pulsed electro-magnetic frequency. It's similar to a rife machine but it pulses at the magnetic frequency of the earth. It is used for astronauts. I guess without this technology, they can't do extended time in space. Who knew the earth's magnetism was that important to us? Anyway, I guess it works really good for most any type of pain.
I have had someone coming to my home treating me every few days for the last week an a half. But once I get my own and have the chance to use it every day, I'll let you know how I do.

I tried 10 sessions with the Magnapulse - we hold a white coil while it clicks away. I found it to be wonderful - boosted energy, reduced pain, stopped my tinnitus for 6 hours - first time that ever happened!
My throat swelled and I had to drink a lot of water too - my interp of that is that it caused toxins to be dumped into the lymph system and they needed flushing out - ?
They use the machine to heal injured race horses to return them more quickly to the track. Anyone want to run a race?!
We are supposed to have a certain level of electromagnetic energy in the body. When we're sick, that level goes down.
For example, I read that people with cancer can have a millivoltage of 15 across their cell membranes, and it's supposed to be something like 70 millivolts for healthy membranes.
So, by inference, our electromagnetic voltage is also greatly disturbed by our illnesses and exposure to this machine restores our electromagnetic energy too.
Think about ion transport across membranes - positive, negative ion flow - maybe Marnie might have something to say?
I heard a story here of someone who did the PEMF machine and Chinese herbs for six months, and then went to Germany for the biophoton treatment and Dr W there couldn't recognize Lyme symptoms in him and asked him what he had done!

That is interesting.
Thank you for the explanation. We are electro-chemical beings, and the electric side has not had a lot done with it so far.
It is good that this method is helping people. Is there any down side to it that you know of?

I think the only downside would be if you overdo it. You kinda need to ramp up to make sure you can handle it. If not, you could have sore muscles. You could also have a herx just like any other time you have a die off. It's important to do neuro detox supplements along with it. I think you can get stiff joints or get a headache if you don't drink enough water. Probably the biggest downside is the cost. The good ones are very expensive.

I did ramp up, starting with 30 seconds of exposure - then my throat closed, and I had to drink a lot of water. I think your body will tell you when it's enough.
I don't recall others doing it saying they got sore muscles. They generally reported feeling much better, like it took their pain away.
