I got a bulls eye rash and was treated for lyme. I was given Doxy for 14 days. I felt better and then two days after the medicine was done my neck and back started to hurt. This has been constant and now I feel tired and flu-like. Was two weeks on the Doxy not enough?

Not nearly enough and probably not a high enough dose.
Please get yourself to a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor asap.
In the meantime, see if you can get your PCP to give you more doxy.
Time is of the essence. You can beat this if you treat hard enough early.

esp since your neck is hurting, that is a classic lyme symptom. you still have it.

NO, Rozzie. Not enough!! And it's hard to believe (well... no it isn't) that in 2010, in So. Mass yet, that there's still doctors who diagnose Lyme disease on the basis of a "bulls eye rash" (you were Lucky!) that still only prescribe 14 days of doxycycline. Docs familiar with the disease usually hand out 'scripts' for 4 to 6 weeks for this... & at dosage levels around Twice what strict, IDSA-following docs prescribe.
Did you Possibly save a picture of that rash??It'll really help when you go see a new doc for a "2nd opinion" (unless your regular doc agrees to extend the script substantially... which most won't). Otherwise, you'll need to get a copy of recent medical records (incl. that diagnosis) for the new office.
Time is NOT on your side here. A couple weeks delay could mean- very possibly- a couple Months more antibiotics needed "down the road".
Get your Butt to a doc familiar with Lyme A.S.A.P! Preferrably 1 who follows ILADS guidelines (Int'l Lyme & Assoc. Diseases Society) for Lyme treatment!
And since you're in southern Massachusetts, you'd best get evaluated for any "co-infections" or otbher microbes that 'came along for the ride'.
My cousin, Dave, a retired radiologist M.D. lives on White Horse Beach. Babesia is a big problem down there. Causes Big fever & drenching night sweats. (You'll know it if ya gots it.)

I have 2 weeks initial treatment with doxy and 1 year later started having neck and pack pain, numbness in my arms and fingers.. My PCP gave me 3 weeks of doxy and referred me to a neurologist. I am desperately looking for a LLMD in the greater Philadelphia are

I would look for an ILADS trained LLMD. ILADS is a group of physicians who specialize in treating chronic lyme disease. You will often hear them referred to as LLMD's (Lyme Literate Medical Doctors) http://www.ilads.org/

Thank goodness you searched the net and came across this site because you still have time to prevent this disease from becoming chronic. You need to see an LLMD ASAP.
Don't worry about the cost. If you don't pay now, you will pay later, believe me. You need at lease 6 weeks doxy at 400mg a day - maybe longer. If you have co infections you will probably require other treatment as well.

Please listen to everyone's advice and find an LLMD now rather then later.
I believe I had a rash-but it was misdiagnosed as a spider bite since there's "no lyme in GA" (that's what the doctor's tell you.
Now six years later I am feeling it pretty bad. Spent more money then I ever could have imagined spending on my health, since before I started getting sick I was pretty healthly.
