Do you have to rotate these herbs like Cowden's program has you do?

Has anybody just taken Cumanda for 2-3 months straight?

Yes, I have taken Cumanda for 6 months straight.

Cowden has it on his condensed program pretty much the whole time.

Honestly, I have had better results w/ taking high dose liquid ACV by Braggs than w/ any of the Cowden herbs.

Save your money if you can, they are ridiculously overpriced, Just like the Zang ones.

Best

Derek

PS- I have been using whole leaf Aloe Vera Gel w/ he ACV and feeling great!

djf,

Liquid ACV worked better than cumanda or banderol?

In what regard?

And can you be specific on "high dose"

Glad to hear you're doing well too

cane -- I've taken cumanda for a few months straight. I think it helped.

djf -- I have some whole leaf aloe I've been meaning to start on. It's not gel though. How much ACV do you take? My husband has been taking it for a cough but I haven't tried it yet.

ACV by Braggs-

started w/ one tblspn mixed in water (shot size) and just downed it. Got up to doing that 3x daily then increased it to 1/8 cup 3x daily in water.

And yes, for me, ACV works better than Cowden herbs. I always herxed and flared on Cowden herbs, but did not progress much. Banderol I did notice some slight positive shifts on, but it was not until I went back on Rifampin did I notice the turn again. I am about to embark on Rifampin once again, as it's been 3-4 weeks off now.

Best

Also, whole leaf aloe is best as it also works as a mild laxative and will get the bowels moving well and help detox progress.

Gel or juice is fine.

Thanks man. I bet the ACV is knocking out any yeast infection too?

Something like ACV wouldn't cross the blood brain barrier though, right?

I wish I had a list of things that cross the BBB

Yeah ACV is phenomenal because it's anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and anti-mirobial.

Amazing stuff.

My candida is well in check right now largely due to ACV, yes.

No white on tongue, and bowel movements are moving like a champ.

Good luck folks.

djf,

When you first started the ACV did you notice it doing things in your stomach (like some slight stomach aches, etc - aka die-off in tummy)?

Thanks again for reminding me to pull my Braggas ACV out of the cabinet lol

I've heard taking it with cats claw really helps CC get absorbed (I'm sure goes for all herbs)

Yes, initially I felt worse w/ ACV as I do w/ most new therapies.

Upset stomach, loose stools, and general sluggish were initial symptoms.

As I stuck with it, I started noticing improvements and overall improved well being.

Now when I take a shot 3x daily, I have increased energy w/ no side effects at all.

Stick w/ it and it'll pay off. It may take a few weeks to see benefits and not feel crappy.

Best

Cumanda and Banderol made me herx like crazy for 10 months. I still relapsed. Don't waste your $$$. Go for doxycycline or some other abx.

IMO,
Cheryl Sue

Derek -
What is ACV? I'm curious, has your LLMD recommended Aloe Vera and the ACV or is this something you are doing on your own? Can kids take this for yeast?

Thanks,

tickbattler

ACV= Apple Cider Vinegar

If you disguise it well enough... kids may drink it. Mine have dug their heels in and refuse to drink it so I make salad dressings... and don't tell them.

I haven't looked into the Aloe Vera for kids yet. Definitely not for pregnant moms.

TB-

DR H approves the use of ACV and was OK w/ me subbing it for nystatin as long as my yeast is in check....

Aloe is something I have added recently, more for its stomach soothing properties but it has helped push stools out too
