I am seeing so many different dosages and times. What is the true answer?? I guess there isn't one.
Some people are on 750 a day, others 1500...

I take zero.
I'm too big of a sissy baby to try it. Maybe start low and work up slowly? But ask your doc. I am not a doc and can't advise.

Many doctors, many dosages. Just make sure you can handle whatever it is that you're ON!

1,500 but I started slowly.No really bad reactions. Be careful the first three days, afterwards it is easier.

I'm slowly increasing it by one pill each week. I'll eventually go on 3 capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 days out of the week. At the same time laying off Doxy on those days. He didn't want me to Herx too bad.
