Negative. We used Quest.
I know the tests are very insensitive and there is still a chance I may have it.
Still...looking at the symptoms I really don't have any of them (anymore). I had some a ways back.
Most of my symptoms are Bart / Lyme.
Maybe I'll ask to do a month of Mepron / Zith at the end of my Bart treatment.

My Babs symptoms only showed up a year into treatment. Best to be on the safe side. I feel am not going to turn a corner until I get rid of it.

I thought DNA testing would detect it, but no it didn't. Even though I was told it was 99 percent accurate. If you have the symptoms, it's best to treat it anyways.

Well...I guess there is where I get confused.
I had some symptoms way back...but don't really have any now. Here is Dr S's list for Babs. X was previous symptoms (Feb/March)
I really don't have any of them anymore. Does that mean I should treat after my Bart is done? What would you do?
Babesiosis
As with other co-infections, there is a lot of overlap of symptoms between Lyme disease and Babesiosis. An accumulation of the following signs and symptoms probably warrant testing and/or treatment of Babesiosis:
__X_Chills
_X__Fatigue and often excessive sleepiness
___High fever at onset of illness
_X (mild..suspect Bart)__Night sweats that are often drenching and profuse
___Severe muscle pains, especially the large muscles of the legs (quads, buttocks, etc.)
_X__Neurological symptoms often described as "dizzy, tipsy, and spaciness," similar to a sensation of "floating" or "walking off the top of a mountain onto a cloud"
_X__Depression
__X_(very mild) Episodes of breathlessness, "air hunger", and/or cough
___Decreased appetite and/or nausea
___Spleen and/or liver enlargement
___Abnormal labs (low white blood count, low platelet counts, mild elevation of liver enzymes, and elevated sed rate)
___Headaches (migraine-like, persistent, and especially involving the back of the head and upper neck areas)
___Joint pain (more common with Lyme and Bartonella)
__X (suspect Bart)_anxiety/panic (more common with Bartonella)
___Lymph gland swelling (more common with Bartonella and Lyme)

Theory-
You have multiple infections. You detect (on tests) the ones that are most prevalent at any given time because your body is fighting them and producing antibodies.
Once you knock one down... another can pop up and your body tries to fight it.. and sometimes that one can be detected on the tests at that time, where they had a "normal" reading at one time.
Over the years we've honed in on some of the symptoms that indicate a potential exposure to several of the TBD's.
So go by symptoms and the way you feel... and the response to treatment.
BTW- To complicate matters....
They continue to discover more and more organisms, some still have no names yet and haven't been through the "official process".. the IDiot process... that makes people suffer till the IDSA wins a prize for discovering them- or takes credit for someone else discovering by grinding those folks in the ground and stepping all over them.
The LONG drawn out process is first to identify the organisms in hosts, then animals then humans. Several years can go by.
Then they have to spend XXX dollars researching them, developing tests, writing in journals to try to boost their reputations so someone might think their stuff don't stink... then go on to making vaccines and other related profits before there is something done to help the patients.
BUT..
Being related to a tick borne disease, you know who is going to be the first in line waiting for that purse of theirs to be filled, don't you?
My solution is to boot the IDSA out of the country so we can get a bottle of doxy when needed... not years later!
