Bart is known for quick return of symptoms if meds are stopped too early per Dr B's treatment guide. My experience is same except to add that Babesia can turn around quickly as well though symptoms for lyme patients who are fortunate enough to still have a spleen can be mild and for some of us easily overlooked.

When I had a yeast infection, I did not stop my abx. I took the Diflucan and watched my diet better, along with taking my usual probiotics.
My LLMD told me to only take 1 Diflucan and wait for it to go away. It worked, but my infection wasn't a bad one, maybe.
Also, another time, I stopped my Levaquin for a few days to see if it was causing my tendon issues. I kept taking my Ceftin. Without the Levaquin, I felt worse than I have ever felt. I laid on the couch for days until I started it back up. So I think bart can come back pretty quickly.

Jkmom, I don't think mine is that bad. I went to the gyno on Tues. They called me on Thursday with the diflucan for the yeast.
My llmd was the one who said to stop the meds. I see him on Monday. Janice
