I am just wondering has anyone used this combination before??
I am able to keep lyme and bart in check with levaquin but if I try coming off it for anything else within 2 weeks I get worse again and have to go back on it.
I also have terrible malaria parasite symptoms which respond really well to Artemisinin, malarone, bactrim.
Bactrim works to some extent on my babs so I was thinking about trying it with levaquin, bicillin, Art, Primaquine.
I have to pulse Art as it does not work otherwise. Bactrim is for cover on the days off.
Any thoughts or experiences? Thanks Neil

Theoretically it sounds like a good treatment plan MNM but I do not have personal experience with anything like it.
If you will, let us know how you're doing on it in a couple weeks.

I have been taking levaquin, artemisinin, doxy and bactrim for past 3 weeks. Concerning babesia I feel all four of these meds have at least some antimalarial/antibabesial effects. Concerning Bartonella levaquin seems superior to bactrim and clarithro which is combo I was taking for Bart up until starting levaquin. Concerning lyme/Bb I was glad to drop clarith and add back Doxycycline 3 wks ago as I felt a need to keep up some attack on Bb/lyme while essentially treating everything else. Today I am taking a bactrim break, my folate is low from the bactrim as it should be but it is making me more tired than I would like.
