I always thought that most Igenex testing was at least a few hundred bucks.

I spoke to a doctor's office today who said that they'd need an Igenex test and it would cost $100.

Are they getting a special rate or something or is this a test I'm not aware of?

IGg and IGm are $100 each for the western blot.

Maybe they are just testing one?

that's weird

ask them

Interesting...are both needed? It seems weird they're just testing one.

I can call back tomorrow but they have a long waiting list to see the doc.

I was hoping that if testing was that affordable that I could get it run myself before seeing the doc (I have another doc that will sign for it, but doesn't treat lyme)

I have multiple family members that need tested and can't afford multiple expensive tests.

You need both in my opinion. Some people show positive on IgG and some on IgM.

test #188 and 189

I hope this is a well-seasoned LLMD!
