Can we make a list of all the different abx combos and their dosages? For lyme only--not for treatment of TBs.

I am taking of Doxy and Ceftin every day. And rotating 7 days of Flagyl with 7 days of Biaxin.

I've probably had Lyme since 2003, but started treatment after more tick bites in June of 2010.
