Can you take this in the afternoon, evening or before bed?
Magnesium helps you sleep.
But no B vits after 2pm as they can keep you up?
How to do this? Recommendations?

- B-6 will not keep you awake. Alone, it is calming.
Magnesium is good to take 2 - 3 times throughout the day and in the evening / before bed. It does need to be kept apart from antibiotics by 2 - 3 hours, though. -

Magnesium can bind certain medications, esp tetracyclines.
You can do a drug interaction search to see if your meds are affected.
Same with any mag containing meds like Milk of Mag and others like it. Also, calcium can bind some meds, too.

B6 deficiency = sleepy.
Take sublingual as B vitamins are destroyed by our stomach acids.
Source Naturals makes it. It doesn't taste bad and simply dissolves under the tongue guickly.
Sub B6 and Mg work TOGETHER.
Bendectin of old (H1 blocker) which should make us sleepy (same chemical is in Unisom SleepTABS, but due to presence of B6 did NOT cause pregnant moms to fall asleep...
Worked, but was pulled off the market because the doc falsified research and he lost his license. Historical fact. It is still sold and used in other countries under a different name.
When Bendectin (only H1 blockers cross the BBB) was pulled off the market, the # of premature infants DOUBLED.
There is, I believe, a number of women who, because of genetically normally high histamine levels, NEED an antihistamine to help control the N/V of pregnancy because high histamine can cause fetal harm and premature L&D.
When pregnant, we gals make an enzyme to help control histamine. It is called DAO and the levels go up 500 fold!
So...when high histamine women go into premature L&D...what are they given?
IV Mg.
An antihistamine.
Tetracycline binds Ca which is an attempt to stop the ***calcium activated chloride channel.***
But if the body feels it needs calcium, it WILL find enough from our tremendous stores.
Worse case...tamoxifen is a man-made PKC inhibitor. It inhibits calcium activated phosphate (K = kinase) transfer onto a P = protein. It also blocks calcium activated chloride channels.
But, sometimes Tamoxifen doesn't lead to all cancer cells dying. Some are resistant. Duh...too many cells dying too fast = sepsis = death.
Tightly controlled. The cure shouldn't kill us.
Google: Tamoxifen EPA
Also look very very closely at HOW the chemicals in "Frontline" WORK... analyze them.
Bb needs NaCl for MOTILITY.
