I would reconsider GNC products....lots of fillers and binders and not very potent, as a general rule.

Straight up milk thistle is really good, as are the Pekana drainage products.

I would NOT start that adrenal supplement so soon before you are planning a cruise. My concern with THAT one is that the licorice and the adrenal cortex extract could be far too stimulating for you.

You also may not need that adrenal part. It's best to start without that and go to the adrenal glandular /cortex if the other adaptogens are not enough.

The tryrosine is calming and can balance that but I'd stick with a more basic adrenal formula for now.

Paul, try NOW products from Iherb.com. Great products with great pricing. So far I'm liking everything I've gotten from them and I am taking 150mg of their Milk Thistle.
