I use Oreganol P73 from Vitamin Shoppe with good results

Has extra virgin olive oil & wild mediterrane oregano oil

LLMD told me this stuff was good enough to cause a herx on its own

I agree with Geo and I would go with the liquid. Its is nasty tasting but works really well.

My LLMD said I was a trooper for taking it under my tongue. [Smile]

Good luck.

Oregano oil - icky, nasty, HOT, but boy has it been clearing my tongue. Just started using it.

I take olive leaf extract caps. And Grapefruit seed extract tablets.

Together I think this is a good combo. We'll see....

I use a small juice glass and put 2-3 drops on top of the water so it doesn't touch the side of the glass.

Then I can slug it back easily without wasting any oil on the glass and without it being terribly burning as it goes down.

Oregano Oil can burn. Olive Leaf Extract will not. I think capsules for OLE are best; gel-caps for Oregano oil. Maybe a diluted liquid for mouth rinse that you would spit out.

I still recommend OLE first.

Both. Get both and rotate them every five days, with probiotics and s. boulardii two hours after each dose
