So...I started Levaquin a week ago for Bart. Overall haven't noticed much change in my remaining symptoms. Maybe a bit less calf twitching. Tinnitus is still there.
THis past week I seem to be a bit more swirly headed / woozy. Not bad..still mild. But it is there. Dizziness was one of my worst symptoms initially, back in Feb / March.
Not sure if this is due to Levaquin as a side effect (could be), or due to a Bart herx (could be.) Or is it due to me coming off Prozac? Took my last pill on Sunday and am phasing it out. Prozac is supposed to be pretty easy to come off with minimal side effects due to the extremely long half life.
I'm wondering now if I should have kept on the prozac so I could know the root cause of how I feel. The only thing that makes me think it is Levaquin / Bart is I started feeling like this on Friday / Saturday but didn't stop Prozac until Monday.
Your thoughts?

Since you say it started on Fri/Sat, my bet is that it is Bart or it's from the Levaquin killing something or stirring up something....or just a Levaquin side effect.
That is what I would have thought even if you wouldn't have given the timeline. I went off Prozac and I don't think I had any side effects.

My 2 cents is Bart herx.
