I have so many supplements as well as SO many allergies.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with ART Muscle Testing??? Does it really work and how?
I was at a Chiropractors office (who also sells products)and was tested and told to buy a certain supplement. A week later he said it is no longer good and that I needed to buy another. How do I know that I'm not getting sold out, literally.
Curious...

Yes, ART muscle testing is good, and the supplements that you need can change day to day. But, ART is only as good at the practitioner.
I would be leery of having someone ART if they were using their supps to do it then selling them to you. If they're willing to also test your own supps, then I'd have more trust.

we test our own supplements. Daily with muscle testing. And, I work with a nutritionist that tells me what products I need, but doesn't sell any.
What's interesting is that she believes that part of the problem with the supplement use is that too many people are on too many things. It is better to take something for a few days, then check to see what you need next. My husband always tests for a New Chapter Multi vitamin in a small dose. I almost always test for a fem balance product. Other than that, it is different most every day.
