I get this.

But I have tons of gyn issues on top of (or as my LLMD thinks - because of) Lyme;

Do you have a tendency toward cysts?

What type of pain are you having? (Or is it pain?)

Where are you in your cycle? Is the pressure only at one point in your cycle or all the time?

I don't know if this will help, but I get that sort of discomfort sometimes when my acid/alkaline balance is out of balance. Douching with 1 cup lukewarm, sterile water + about 1/16th tsp. apple cider vinegar returns vaginal tissues to proper alkalinity.

I get that. It really bothers me, psychologically, because it's definitely "there", and I want to know the cause. Like is it a cyst? Gas that is in the lower GI? etc?

I have heard it was either ovulation, or that your period is coming? But I can remember after someone telling me that, where I was in my cycle didn't correlate with whatever they said.

It's not like I'm a basketcase about it, but I have considered going to a doctor to ask about it, because I think it's strange.

Mine comes and goes, is always on the same side....but I would say it's "there" more than "not there"

I've had lower abdominal pain for a while. Just had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed my uterus is enlarged, endometrium lining thickened, and a cyst on my right ovary.

I'm following up with GYN next week.

Please be careful not to dismiss symptoms as Lyme and co-infections. Some of these reproductive issues are serious and need attention right away and may have nothing to do with current diagnosis.

Most cysts are benign but staying in pain is not normal and should be addressed.

Hope you feel better soon.
