Just wondering about that since a doctor once told me that my positive Igg (for Babs)was "probably a cross reaction to something else". Thanks!

Did your doctor order a confirming test for babesia? There is a test for RNA (it's called FISH I believe). If you have babesia RNA in your blood cells, according to the LLMD I see, that means you are infected.
