My Nk level is now at an all time low of 3 and recently started a gluten free, sugar free diet.

I was told that I should try cordyceps versicolor for raising my NK level. I am waiting for my Immunovir (Canada) to come in.

I found it, (cordyceps) at a great price from an organic mushroom farm in California, but it says on the website for horses and dogs, and animals. It says nothing about human consumption.

Is it safe to consume something like this, as it is half the price of the same thing at another herb site.

What would you do? I am waiting to see a LLMD, to get a 2nd opinion the 1st week of November.

I am presently rebounding, dry-brushing, doing epsom-salt baths and taking many supplements and vitamins and minerals, gamma-globulin shots, and on Mino for chronic lyme, EBV, HHV-6, Mycoplasma....etc etc....

Advice appreciated and thanks in advance.

Did you ask the farm manager about this? That is where I'd start. But there are also many other places to get Cordyceps and the cost can vary from place to place.

Do you have a link for that farm? I'd be glad to take a look.

I used to get MSM from a farm. Their supply was the same quality, the same product as used for people, just in bulk. It all depends upon the particular manufacturing and packaging practices - as well as storage practices.

The website, Keebler is Gmushrooms.com. I tried to call the manufacturer several days ago and no on answered me. I left a phone message.

The website description is not the same anymore. I don't know what to make of this. The price is 26.00.

What do you think of this. Thank you!!

I did not see where it was talking about Cordyceps for farm animals. I see the medical mushroom links and it all looks well above board. You might try calling again and you can always check their certification but there is nothing I see that causes me concern.

If you have the link about the farm animals, post that and I'll take a look. Still, the links I see have capsule for people. They may also have some set aside for farm animals (which sometimes are treated better than people, especially show animals).

And, this being the beginning of a month, it seems that there are frequent site updates at the beginning of a month.

Thank you-again

They did change the appearance of the website. The name of the item was cor-pet or something. Cant remember.

But the website no longer says it is for use for animals, but it did last week. I am still going to give it a try.
