Is this common? It feels like the pain is directly inside my heart but there is also tightness on the left side. It is pretty much constant. I also have tacycardia so perhaps its related. I had a 24 holter monitor and my heart was in tachycardia 35% of the 24 hours but of course the cardiologist said "Everything looks fine to me". It's just scary and annoying to have pain in what feels like inside your heart. I've just started my first lyme / co-infection treatment with Clindamycin/Quinine for babesia. If anyone else has experienced this and has had their symptoms resolved by treating babesia it would be great to hear. Also how long into treatment before this symptom resolves? Could heart pain also be caused by Lyme or other co-infections?
Thanks a lot...

Yeah I also had this intense left side chest pressure and was convinced I had a blockage of the heart for the longest time. Never really treated babesia (indirectly, Bactrim DS?) but it resolved with antibiotics.

I experienced this for almost a year. It would come and go, and only now seems to be resolving with time - and homeopathy, surprisingly enough.
