I need to add Parastroy to abx schedule. I am currently taking Mepron and Bactrim DS at 6 AM and Mepron, Bactrim DS, and Zith at 6 PM. I also pulse art 3 days a week.

I take Nystatin whenever I can work it in up to 4 times daily and Diflucan a couple times a week.

I take probiotics around 9 AM and 9 PM and supplements at lunch.

Where can I fit in Parastroy? Can I take it same time of day as abx or same time as anything else on list?

I need to start ASAP.

Take the one with zinc away from abx to be safe. Some abx need to be taken away from some minerals. You can probably take it with probiotics or supps, but you want to eat with it, zinc can upset your stomach.

The other one I think you can take whenever ... but maybe someone else will chime in.

Zinc is part of the KPU protocol and Dr. K says 80% of Lyme patients have a KPU problem. You may feel worse on it for a time as your body loses heavy metals.

Parasite die off can also make you feel bad.

Have binders on hand to help with symptoms and to bind the metals released by the parasites dying and the zinc supplementation.

If you're supplementing other zinc, you might want to stop it while you're on the Parastroy. You're not supposed to take over 40 mg per day unless under a doctor's supervision.

Just my observations based on my own experience. [Smile]

Make sure you take the Parastroy with food, As six said, the dieoff of parasites can get rough and binders would be good.

Also make sure you drink plenty of water with it and I would take it maybe at lunch and dinner,

Don't know what supplements you are taking though. I used to take antiparasitic herbs that came with liquid vitamins.

Can anyone suggest binders? I have mercury fillings in teeth, so don't really know what is safe.

Thanks for always helping. I don't know what I would do without you guys!
