Taking mepron, zith, bactrim ds.

And how far away from abx do I need to take it (can never remember)?

I'm feeling like a truck ran over me today. Maybe two. Big ones...

Have you tried milk thistle? My LLMD has me on it and so far, so good! I hope the truck drives away and gives you a break!

Hi 17hens, I am on the same babs protocol. I am taking Extended Health's Liver Support Formula (800-300-6712). It has artichoke and sarasparilla in it, as it is my understanding the milk thistle, coq10 and ala counter the effects of mepron. I take it about 1.5 hours after mepron.

My LLMD wanted me on adrenal support, that has some coq10 and ala in it. He said it would be okay if I took far away from the mepron. I take it 6 hours away from mepron.

Hope that helps you. I am new to this...so not speaking from a lot of experience.

Best

Thank you, Missy and hsh, for your input!

How about turmeric and curcumin? Would that be alright? I do take Sam-E and some Andrographis already.

Coffee enemas and whey protein.

Curcurmin is the compound found in turmeric, that would probably be good.

I have whey protein here. I'll add that. Thank you, six.

And Keebler, great links.

I appreciate the help!
