I have just added 4 supps today and am more confused than ever as far as timing, spacing, interactions, etc. I need to fit these 4 in somewhere. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The 4 new supplements are: Turmeric, Apple Pectin, CO Q10 and MSM. Before these 4, my protocol was:

7 am Cyst buster: Grapefruit seed extract
7:30 am Kill time: Antibiotics and oil of oregano
10 am Rebuild/detox: Magnessium, Daily vitamin, Milk thistle, P5P, Resveratrol, GXE, D3
12 pm Good yeast/bacteria: Florastor and Custom Probiotics (acidophilus)
4:00 pm Cyst buster: Grapefruit seed extract (to use as cyst buster before abx)
4:30 pm Kill time: Antibiotics and oil or oregano
7:00 pm Detox: Milk thistle and GXE supplement
9:00 pm Good yeast/bacteria: Florastor and Custom Probiotics (acidophilus)

** GXE has Vitamin C, L Glutamine, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and some Milk Thistle

It all looks really good. I'm wondering about mixing oil of oregano and antibiotics though.

I'm not sure on that one.
