Have had this grip like headache for almost a week now.
It's ok early in the day by the end, it's horrible.
Any suggestions? I'm going to call Dr. tomorrow if nothing helps.
Have tried advil, tylenol.
Look forward to hearinf from you.

I get these vice grip type of headaches. For me I think they are tension in nature - in the neck area.
I do some heat on my neck and some gentle stretches/massage and then some arnica gel and maybe a muscle relaxer.

I guess it depends on the type of headache-
When I get an overall headache, I take this new med called Migralex- aspirin and magnesium together- that seems to help. Exercise also helps me for these type of headaches- getting some fresh air and moving the blood around.
For bad migraines, ice and sleep are the best for me.
I also am constantly applying SOMETHING to my next/base of skull to help the headaches- heat, ice, mineral ice, traumheel, etc and this seems to help me.
Good luck

This was my first symptom, late July. I have had headaches most everyday since. They are def getting more tolerable since I have been treating. Lying down for a half hour helped me. As well as Burrescanos Vitamin Regimin and diet, I am sure.
