as only symptom. Frustrating at best. Was feeling 95% Added Andrographis to doxy and Flagyl pulse last week and ramped up to once daily so far. Could it be the 4 week cycle or the addition of Andrographis?

Yeah, I thought I was doing awesome and heading for the clear. Now that I can track the cycle will see how I do in a month. I'll need a clean month before I start the 2 month abx countdown to freedom.

Great that you noticed the timing of this.
I used to mark "bad day" on the calendar 4 weeks from my current bad day. This way, I knew when it was coming and would not plan on doing anything on that day that required mental prowess or even physical energy.
Over time, your bad day will get less and less. That is cause for celebration!
Of course, when you mention to the doc that the bad day is now practically non-existent, the doc will change your meds to see if you get a new bad day!
That's how it goes.

It's hardly a bad day but mild brain fogg that comes and goes throughout the day. I can't even attribute it to Lyme as I also have a cold/congestion for the past week. We'll see what happens in 4 weeks ;-)
