Just started seeing an LLMD. only had consultation yesterday. i will ask her all these questions next time i see her but for now ill ask on here

technically what stage of lyme am I in

November of last year I got diagnosed with early stage lyme. they said it looked like i had it for a few weeks.

i had NO SYMPTOMS. i felt a little ill three days after the blood test. which i believe was my first actual symptoms. just flu like. then i went on 200 mg of doxy a day and I felt totally fine. no symptoms at all. stayed on doxy until april. so i was on 200 mg of doxy everyday for like 6 months.

remember during this whole time i was symptom free

april, may , june, july, and august i was on NO DOXY. and still felt totally fine. no symptoms

then BAM. beginnign of last month i started feelign light headed and not well. just out of it. it was very gradual but very reminiscent of my early lyme symptom i had that one day before the doxy last november

i tested positive on the western blot for IGM 41 and 23. and IGG 41 and 23. which is what I had been positive for the whole time. i also had a test for coinfections and it came back positive for bartonella IGG only tho.

techinically what stage is this.

i feel like i have mono nucleosis. tho i am negative for that.

There's no way for us to really know. The bartonella might be causing the "out of it" symptoms, though they can also be caused by Lyme.

I feel like I have mono every day.

Glands always swollen/sore.

Always tired.

We(lymies) DO usually test positive for Epstein Barr virus which causes Mono....

For me it's part of the game of lyme & co.

You could have both ... but you tested negative for mono, right? I didn't have mono but had all the symptoms you describe. It can be Lyme and bart.

Don't overthink it. Keep working on your meds, detox, rest, exercise, diet, etc. Try not to worry so much about the details. Write things down that you want to ask the LLMD at your next visit.
