when you first started on your road of treatment. how long did it take to handle the toxicity of the die off and the detox supplements. I am having a hard time handling it. 200 mg of doxy makes me feel worse. and the detox supplements i started to days ago made me feel HORRIBLE. like i have mono or something. and my eyes feel very sore after taking the detox factors supplement

so. Id like to hear your personal experience

Whey protein and coffee enemas. Start slowly if you do coffee enemas, ie only use one tbsp of coffee the first time to test to see if you tolerate them. Some people who have severe problems detoxing don't tolerate them well.

Did you have a hard time detoxing? it just sucks so bad. I'm having a hard time. part of the reason is because I suffer from bad OCD. and im just not used to feeling so out of control so I panic REALLY BAD

plus the beginning of the detox just really made me feel like crap. she shes taking me off it for a few days. i think i need to gradually do it. not just start off taking 3 pills a day of detox factors supplement

Some herbs would make me feel worse. I also had OCD when I was sick and anxiety. You might look at the recent thread on "What is KPU", there are a couple good articles on there.

I mainly used the coffee enemas for detox. They always helped.
