I was searching about muscle stiffness in teh forum and noticed most of us suffer from this symptoms. But some of us suffer from a vise frip like headache that is actually from our head muscles being too tight... But I guess what affects the head is the same what affects the rest of the body muscles... For some people it seems to get better with time and treatment, so my questions is: HOW many years?!! and, above all, has anybody got rid of what feels like a tension headache but that has been there ALL the time for more than two years? If any improvements, where they gradual or sudden?
Thanks again fro your help!!

It could be inflammation or congestion.

I don't know if it's the same symptom as you, but Mucinex helped me tremendously. It sounds crazy, but this sinus congestion medication really does work for head pressure.

Mine went away when I restored my magnesium levels through repeated IV Mag Sulfate and weekly IM injections of Mag Sulfate. I had the head pain for a year before we figured it out

Lymphatic drainage treatment (special massage therapy technique, or can also be done via acupuncture) may help... If lymph is stagnant, it can lead to muscle tension and stiffness.

I took mag 8 times a day for over a year, tons of epsom salt baths, and was still in critically low levels (per a red blood cell count). If you are low, your body simply cannot absorb enough from oral supplements. Have you had a red blood cell count mag test recently?

Razzle does have a good point about lymph drainage. Perhaps you could benefit (as I did) from using a rebounder (mini trampoline). A light bounce (your feet don't need to leave the surface) will help your lymph system, circulation, and even help loosen locked muscles.

I have used just plain MSM that seemed to help with muscle aches, stiffness and tension (until I got rebite last friday) now its ALL back.

I also have been taking goji juice which seemed to help. The MSM cant be found just any where but CVS has it and so does the Vitamin shop I think and Im sure you can get it online.

The Dr has me taking approx 3000 mg a day.
