Anyone have any experience with Sam e? is it good or bad? Are there any other good supps for depression? I am completely opposed to clinical depression drugs, especially with Lyme.

Sam-e is great. You can start out low, and increase it as needed and tolerated up to a top dose of 1600 mg/day (spread out). But do start out low and slow to see how you react.
5 HTP is good for increasing serotonin.
Getting a saliva test for neurotransmitters and supplementing appropriately is an ideal way to go.
