Wanted to bring this up . I have bart,CPN and supected Babs.

I mostly have some hours a day which are a little bit better.Except of days when I herx 24/7.

My extreme Herxes with flushing, Tachycardia totally out of order are mainly for a few hours or 2 - 3 days . After that I feel better.

Please share your Herx duration.

Do daily herxes exist ? I mean hours which are more worse than the rest of the day?

Could this be due to reproducing bugs?

Starts with feeling unwell, musclepain, jumpy, and gets worse - after some hours it lifts a little bit up.

Just want to know at which time during the day you feel worst - in morning time after wake up?

In my case it is directly after wake up and in the late afternoon when I feel bad!

And usually I feel better during the day and in the late evening!

And you?

Or could it bee due to antibiotic intake and feeling the die off shortly after intake?

Or due too circulating toxins?

I have no idea what it is from but I do have similiar experiences. In the morning and night is always the worst. After I get all drugged up I usually have a low during the mid day hours and then back to full blown pain at night.

Except the last couple of days in which I've done nothing but herxed everyday all day...I'm hoping today will be better.

Do you feel the endotoxin release soon after antibiotic intake , and what are your symptoms?

Flush, musclepain, racing heart etc?

That was me, for a long time.

Many mornings are WAY better with appropriate Mepron dosing for Babesiosis.

I don't see daily cycles as Herxing. I think there are larger natural rhythms at play!

As I understand it, a Herx should just be for a day or two immediately following a new abx, herb, or therapeutic tx. If you're "Herxing" badly every day, you may be treating yourself too harshly.

Chronic Lyme disease is parallel to HIV/AIDS and cancer. We must be gentle with our immune-compromised bodies. Focus on ways to get good quality sleep and proper nutrition.

You may be experiencing Babesia "symptom flares," rather than daily Herxes.

Babesia life cycles cause symptom changes approx every 4 days.
