A gluten free diet, of course!! [Smile]

www.celiac.com

nothing else helps .. but I did see a product at a health food store for helping ease the discomfort of accidentally ingesting gluten

I have my doubts on it though!

Have you been tested for helicobacter pylori which makes generally heartburn and bowel problems?

BEVERLY!!!!!! Is that really you?

YIPPEEEEEEE!!!!!! Good to see you!

So sorry I have no clue how to spell relief for you- except R-O-L-A-I-D-S maybe?

[lol]

But really... for now...

I find the best help (cheap too) for the icky bad you are feeling is a very simple approach, especially when caused by other things.

Too simple actually... but it often works. And I often suffer for a good while before thinking to do it... duh me!

Pepto-Bismol.

It may provide some help. If not, then you can move on to other things.

Be sure to drink a glass of water after taking it too.

The "bismol" is bismuth... something that has been reported to help with Lyme/Bart in the gut.

Hope that helps!!!

Sooooooooooooo nice to see you!!!!

Gluten sensitivity and allergies as well as chronic candida are secondary to parasite infestation. When you get rid of the parasites/worms, the other issues resolve. Have you considered doing a parasite cleanse?

Hi All,

Yes, I know don't eat gluten. My bad! LOL I guess it's the holiday and after a while I forget how awful I feel after eating it. Hope you are doing well Lymetoo. [Smile]

No, I don't think I have been tested for H-pylori Karen. I should probably do that. [Smile] Thank you for the suggestion.

Nice to see you too Tincup, hope you are doing well. Yep..good ol' pepto bismol. I think I have lived on that stuff my whole life. Now I know why I ain't dead yet. LOL [Smile]

Parasites....I hate them and I know I have them. And they are so darn hard to get rid of!! I have tried humaworm, garlic, walnut....etc..I get so darn constipated I think I'd rather be dead already..LOL I guess I need another round of humaworm. Thanks Glm [Smile]
