Two nights ago i decided to add the Magnesium Chloride (liquid) that my LLND prescribed as part of my treatment plan. (800mg before bedtime to help w/ restless leg and to replenish what the Lyme is taking from me). Still havent gotten the courage to take the ABx yet. I took 1/2 the prescribed amount (400mg)

I woke up in the morning and my stomach was NOT happy. I was nauseous, and real achy. I figured i was coming down w/ the flu since my wife was just getting over a serious GI Bug. I went throughout the day feeling more and more nauseous, stomach pain, real achy and feverish. Got home and laid on the couch all night, was able to get down a bit of turkey soup and drank a cup of decaf green tea w/ Lemon that seemed to calm things down.

I woke up this morning and no stomach pain, not achy, and my stomach is a little sensitive but nothing close to yesterday. So i doubt it was the flu.

Was that the Magnesium or something else? Also i didnt have any loose stools.

Any insight would be appreciative. I've read the article below but it offers no insight on effects of magnesium

I'm gunna give it another try tonight. This time i'll take it in water with a little food as i've now come to learn that's how it SHOULD be taken.

I could've sworn i was getting the flu. But i havent had a lick of symptoms since.

Thanks for the insight.
