You will likely feel very exhausted for about a week. You may even feel worse tomorrow. So the very best food, light movement, a warm (not hot) epson salts bath . . . all good.

You may also feel revved. MAGNESIUM will help that. Have a very strict bed time and even if you can't sleep, rest with peaceful and beautiful images going through your mind.

You should probably cancel any plans you've made until you have more predictable endurance. Take care of yourself. Pacing is very important.

A little bit of exercise or exertion each day is much better than a whole bunch all at once. All the sensory input in stores and that adrenaline rush is also very draining. Avoid stores as much as possible. Really.

If you want some sort of human interaction, visit the library, museums, art galleries, etc.

Be sure to go back over the adrenal support links in your past threads. Life style suggestions there are just as important as supplement detail.

I work a labor job. So there are days where I have to over exert myself. I don't have a choice, kids to feed and bills to pay.

I drink A TON of water and it helps A LOT. I've drank more water in the last two days then in this week.
