I like to take a variety of probitiocs now that I am on antibiotics again.

I am currently taking each of these 2 x per day: Theralac, Fem Dophilus, Jarrow Dophilus, Vitacost Probiotic 15-35 and Ultimate flora Vaginal support. I was takine Klair Labs Vita - Plex but saw some conflicting reviews.

Does anyone recommend the Klair Labs - or are there other good ones out there? I would like to add one more very good probiotic.

Thank you

I second VSL - I roatate the double strength in my regimine. It has 900 billion. It has trace amounts of dairy and corn.

Other dairy free ones that I like are;
Metragenic Ultra Flora
Healthy Trininty 3
Jarrow Pro.s
Custom Pro.s

I second the Metragenic Ultra.
Since starting abx I have taken one of those and one Jarrow s. boulardi per day and have had LESS yeast than pre-abx, even without cutting sugar.

This one is great and very cost effective because of the high CFU count and number of capsules:

Randi .. their site says the product can stay unrefrigerated for 2-3 wks.

Thanks again everyone for the info.

randibear - Therelac makes a special "Travel Packet" for traveling. I keep it in my purse.

http://www.amazon.com/Master-Supplements-Theralac-Travel-Pack/dp/B007CX0T54/ref=sr_1_sc_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1371931320&sr=8-4-spell&keywords=Therelac

Expensive, though.

Is the combo of Florastor and Lactinex good? Also, can I take them together, at the same time?
Thanks
Roxy
