I recently found out through some bloodwork that I may be genetically hypercoagulative, even though no one in my family history which includes lots of smokers (not me, though) has ever had a stroke.
I've had a problem with hemorrhoids lately, which can be a sign of poor circulation and vein weakness. I've already ordered some supplements to help strengthen the veins, but I want to thin the blood out, too.
I've never taken a baby aspririn a day and don't want to. I'd like to take more natural alternatives.
I've heard that nattokinase and lumbrokinase can help thin the blood.
Do I need to take both? Maybe alternate them? Which one is better? How much is too much? I'm already taking vitamins C and E which are also known to have a mild blood thinning effect. Although, I take the water soluble vitamin E (easier on the liver than fat soluble). I don't know if water soluble has less of a blood thinning effect than fat soluble.
Can anyone make any recommendations?

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began. Posts: 2007 | From NY/VT Border | Registered: Aug 2010
