I'm new here so please bear with me. We have our apt. moved up with Dr. S in Hermitage PA. I'm so thankful. My 17 y/o daughter seems to be getting new symptoms. Now joint pain and has missed 2 days of school this week. In her words she's "hit the wall". I hate having to watch this beautiful teenager loose her quality of life. I'm angry, depressed and scared. She has been sick since 8/11 with this and it has taken this long to find out that she has Lyme!! Gotta love NYS and their testing. Fortunatly we have a nurse practitioner that we see who is also a friend and has worked very hard with us to help us find out what is wrong. It has been your typical story of test, scans, etc. Anyway, I guess I'm needing to vent but also wondering if anyone has seen Dr. S or can give me some encouraging words.
Blessings to all with this disease.
