The Lyme Research Center at Columbia University headed by Dr. Brian Fallon is doing excellent research. They have already disproved the claim by the denialists that borrelia does not persist in the body after a short round of antibiotic treatment.
Do not get too distressed about the Chicago Tribune article, altho I myself will not be reading it for fear of triggering a murderous Lyme rage.
The truth is coming out, and will continue to come out.
I wonder what fate will befall Herrs Wormser, Zemel, Shapiro et al when their arrogant and absurd positions become totally REFUDIATED (as Frau Palin would say). Will they be strung up by their heels in the village square like Mussolini by angry mobs of raging spirochete-riddled Lymies?
Will they escape to Paraguay or Argentina to live out the remainder of their pathetic lives like their hero Josef Mengele, cowering in perpetual fear of being found by the crazed Lymies???
Will they escape to their underground bunkers and just fall on their swords putting an end to their misery?
Stay tuned, and fasten your seatbelts ladies and gents. It's going to be a wild and bumpy ride.

I see nothing new from them on the website, actually. And Fallon has allowed his work to be misrepresented in all kinds of harmful ways...
