Hi all
haven't posted in a while. I have had a major turn towards getting well.

It's been a tough journey but almost done. I have changed llmds thanks to great advice from TF.

In a nutshell, be your own advocate, follow drs. orders, take the meds, supp, and sleep.

At this point almost 99% daily with lingering symptoms such as a sore knee. Even that comes and goes.

My new llmd is quite through and insists on me getting blood work monthly. She was surpised to see that I wasn't having this done all along. Also if on zith,,,need to have an ekg done because it messes with heart rhythm etc.

I never thought i would get to this point after being so miserable for over a year or so.

Even fiance has said you seem to be getting back to yourself.

Like TF has said here many times,,the key is the doctor.

Have faith because it's so tough to go through this. I know because been there. I even recognize myself in the mirror again. Another thing to remember is that this is a marathon and not a sprint. The slow and steady wins the race.

Who is your new LLMD? If it's Dr. S, it seems like that man cures all he touches.

I'm still treating but having many days without symptoms. Still treating of course until symptom free two months plus. Current llmd believes in treating through winter.

God bless, I'm not super religious, but I hope he keeps you on the upswing. It's so disheartening to miss life at all. Good luck.
