Any suggestions for timing of dosages to maximize efficacy?
Doxycycline, Cefuroxime, Nystatin, Probiotic.
I have not found any interaction warnings on these but want to make sure I am not neutralizing the drugs.
Do I have to be concerned about the Nystatin killing the effectiveness of the antibiotic or the Flora I'm trying to boost?
Should I be taking the abx at different times if one could hinder the other.

I take the probiotic 2 hrs before the abx, 1X per day. Both abx and nystatin 2X per day

If it were me, I would take the probiotic 2 hours AFTER the antibiotic (or 2 1/2 is even better). The reason is that the antibiotics kill the probiotics in your gut.

So, if you take the probiotics 2 hours after the antibiotic, they will repopulate your gut and won't be killed until the next time you take antibiotics, which will be about 8 hours later.

I would take a probiotic before going to bed so that it has all night to repopulate the gut.

I would take probiotics at least twice per day. Once is not really enough.

No sense killing your probiotics 2 hours after you take them which is what your current method is doing. Just remember, antibiotics kill everything in the gut--everything.

I do not believe nystatin affects the effectiveness of antibiotics at all. Nystatin is not an antibiotic. It helps prevent the growth of yeast.
