Stopped Flagyl and all supplements except probiotics. Still on Doxy. Will be winding down the doxy in the next few months. Feeling very good and exercising every other day.

The alkaline phosphatase has been low since the beginning and nobody seems to be concerned with it. I also wasn't fasting so the levels could be potentially lower. Any ideas?

If your docs are happy with this... I would be too.

Not sure what kind of feedback you want ... and I am not sure we have folks here capable of putting all this together to give any kind of medical advise or opinion... especially since we only see numbers and not a person, history and other things.

Wish I could help more... just not sure what you want to know.
