I just got my Humaworm order. I have a LLMD visit tomorrow so I will wait to see what he puts my on before I start to take it.
I also want to do a detox and wondering what is the best way to do it.

My LLMD urges lot of lemon juice in water, daily.
Use real lemons or organic lemon juice from a jar. (Don't buy it in plastic with additives.)
Also recommends Epsom Salt baths. Two cups in a tub, soak 15 min or so 'til bath water cools. Could do at bedtime. If twice a day, do in morning and before bed.

Any thing else? I was doing the lemon thing and did notice and improvement on my tinnitus...did not but 2 and 2 together as i was doing other things are well.
Will Humaworm help me in detoxing? Should I do this with a detox program or wait until I detox?

Others know more about detox than I.
For tinnitus, my LLMD suggests taking Gingko biloba. It improves oxygenation.
Homeopathic Lycopodium pellets help me with hyperaccusis and ear pain.

If you want the ultimate detox, you have to try an infrared sauna. I just got one and have used it about 3 times, it is wonderful! I know these are expensive, but there may be some alternative doctors that have them in their offices.
If you want more info on them I would be happy to explain wood types, heaters, etc.
I also do the organic fresh lemon water daily.
I think I will try a parasite removal in the near future.

Thx, Fuel1212 and nspiker! Way to post all the good methods I couldn't think of.
Second all of those. Would put Infrared Sauna on my Christmas wish list, but I'm not even writing one. Just praying. Smile

I have a far infrared sauna. Be very careful with them if you have adrenal insufficiency. The heat is tough on the adrenals. I learned the hard way and almost passed out in it after 15 minutes. I feel AWFUL after I sit in the sauna. But it sure does detox.
I can't do it very often because of low cortisol.

I am getting one after the holidays. Maybe I should be careful. I have high cortisol when I should be sleeping, and during the day it goes up, down, and all over.

I had issues with cortisol levels for a while. I got on some good thyroid med (dessicated) and also supplemented the adrenals with ADR by Pure Encapsulation. It takes a while, but this definitely got me back to close to normal.
