I don't think anything can be benefitial to everyone, IV glutathione is no different.
My understanding is that make sure you understand glutathione is only part of the detox system. You need other ingredients to work together. I hope your llmd can guide you through.
My wife had done glutathione IV alone for 13 weeks, and her metal level had increased at the end. So that tells me it wasn't done properly.

I've never heard of using glutathione to detox metals. Is that something it is normally used for?

btw I also dont think glutathione is such a good heavy metal chelator, but you never know. However I think a raise in blood/urine heavy metal levels after 6 weeks a chelation would not surprise me at all, as it's pulling from storage sites.
tammy- Dr Cheney claims it's not that good because it doesnt realy go intracellular. he prefers undenatured whey protein, iirc. however for extracellular stuff and to help in the liver it's excellent. apparently combined with phosphatidylcholine IV it's excellent to pull biotoxins

I get this every week. i dont think it can hurt. I mean there are so many moving parts of my treatment I cant say I think its responsible for a lot, but with detox being so important I think you need some very thorough protocols.

Terminator - She got it from a local doctor, but one can order from many places online, including Infuserve, wiht doctor's prescription.
My understanding is that a healthy person can produce natural glutathione which helps cells to excrete metals out. So it is supposed to be good. However, one needs to also take binders to actual get the metals out of your body, otherwise, it would just circulate and could potentially deposit the metals in your brain.

I had gotten it at my last LLMD appointment for the first time, and i had been feeling really crappy a lot of dizziness and brain fog and fatigue, about an hour or so after getting it i felt great, no fog, more energy, and no dizziness. My son has been taking IV glutathione. At age 15, he isn't the best on expressing his symptoms so I'm not sure how much he is benefiting from it. The cost is prohibiting us from doing it more than I would like to. There is some amazing research out there on its benefits.
