Yesterday, went to brunch for the holidays. OMG,,after eating something that didn't agree with me had the worse stomach gas/cramps. I could barely move.

Even today my stomach is rejecting food. No fever, diahrea.

Could it be that after eating such a restricted diet due to lyme,,,that my stomach is revolting??

Any suggestions as to what to take would be great.

gas-x helps me with this. i get excruciating gas build up that feels like a heart attack always accompanied by burping....

and gas-x makes the sx lessen...though not completely.

Gas-X for sure. Helps a little. Did you eat too many carbs/sugar??

That will do it to me every time.... yeast.

I don't eat many carbs at all. Yeterday, had a glass of wine.

Could I have stirred up the yeast? Does that cause intestinal bloating/cramping?

Oh yes. Wine contains plenty of sugar. Yeast is the cause of 95% of my bloating issues.

Now that it's better, no more bloating. But I still have to watch the carbs/sugar.
