I started wearing a contact for reading several weeks ago. My eye is a little irritated since yesterday with redness and burning.

My sister had this happen and was prescribed steroid drops for eye infection.

Anything else I can use besides steroid eye drops? Would they be safe since it's just in the eye?

I use Argentyn 23 colloidal silver in my eyes whenever they feel scratchy or I feel a cold coming on. It clears my eyes right up.

Bart is highly suspected. However, it is difficult to distinguish between bart and parasite symptoms, which I am still battling.

Antibiotic eye drops are now available over the counter. They're used for pink eye.

I can only find Similasan eye drops for pink eye. Is this what you are talking about?
