Started herxing after starting Suprax 400 mg on Tuesday and adding 1000 mg of Biaxin on Wednesday.
The herxing is mainly brain fog and pulsating on the right side of my head/ear. Loud pulsating tinnitus as well.
It is tolerable at home, but I am not sure I can do this starting a new job on Monday. Any encouragement would be appreciated.

I hope your herx passes quickly. That's tough with wanting to do well with a new job. A little stressful. You may feel better when you are at work (I know I do) because you will be focussed on the job and not so much on the illness. You can do this!!!!!!
Maybe take epsom salt bath to help detox.
Wishing you well, Tammy
