there's a lot of hype about amalgam. Sadly, a lot of this is true, according to the people who suffer from it.
Many top lyme docs see the clear context between heavy metals and lyme&co infections.
I'm very allergic since i'm a child. I had a 3-4 fillings when i had my baby teeth. After that, i had two fillings. They were removed (i don't know if they were safely removed but i think no) when i was a teenager.
About 5-6 years later, my symptoms came out of nowhere, from one day to another. Before my symptoms were hairloss, a little fatigue but thats about it, i could live a happy life.
I think it's common for lyme to "appear" out of nowhere, am i right? So in my case it's rather "lyme" dominating than the heavy metals.
I'm afraid of DMPS. One doc wanted to check me with DMPS but i didn't trust it (gut instincts) - maybe it#S too toxic for me because i'm very sensitive.
But maybe there's a connection between the metals and my gut? I don't know... What are you experiences?
My symptoms are mainly fatigue, neurological problems like numb skin, nerve pain spikes, neuralsgies, burning skin, histamine and so on... all very heavy, i can't work.
But it's chaning a lot. I think if the heavy metals would dominate that would not be the case?

To figure things out for yourselves, look at this questionnaire. Also answer the question: Did your mother have amalgam fillings and did she breastfeed you. www.bioray2000.com
Look up www.biologodetox.com and their products - right at your front door. It's the best stuff I know and you don't have to fear DMPS, because it is not needed. I use some of their products for family and friends. They are difficult to get here. Similar products are www.bioray2000.com You will find practitioners familiar with Lyme and company in Germany and Switzerland. Contact www.entgiftenstattvergiften.com and read the book if you can and understand German.
Take care.
