I then decided to see a llmd, which I saw Dr. H, here were my test results

igm- 39+ 41 IND
igg- 41+ 66+ 39 IND

He put me on 10 days amoxy and made me retest again only for IGM;

Results were:

IGM

30+
41+
39 IND

Also did a 30/31 kda test which was negative.

That's very likely to be Lyme Disease. *Very*

This test confuses me..How does ten day on abx change the same bands? I took my western after being on abx for a week and asked if it would affect the results, they told me not at all. I came back only IGG and IGM 41+ and 58IND..

This leaves me with no insurance treatment. My coinfections were negative, as well as CD57.
Something about this test is strange to me.Everyone, with or without lyme has 41positive on their results which is supposedly the tail accordign to my LLMD. But can be the tail of many other bacteria.

I could not tell you if the test is lyme or not since I am wondering about my own, but everyone is telling me it is clinical. So if you have the symptoms of lyme your LLMD can make the diagnosis from there. Feel better..

Lyme Disease is a "clinical diagnosis". Test can be used to back up that clinical diagnosis, but diagnosis should be based on your symptoms and history.

My LLMD thinks 41 is not so important but he said the 39 is a definitive lyme band.
Not sure, just wanted to let you know that in his opinion the 39 is lyme.

What does the doctor think? Lyme is a clinical diagnosis based on symptoms. I would say it depends more on your symptoms. Testing can only confirm the diagnosis.
